We are aware of a major cable breakage in front of this datacenter in Kyrgyzstan. Technicians are working on it and initial ETA is 3-4 hours for recovery
Issue was resolved on the day. Total outage time was 3 hours. Cause was a physical damage caused by a third party digger in front of the datacenter building.
We have been informed that they are hopeful of having fibers reconnected within the hour
